Tracking Order
NZWE is dedicated to making sure the conveniency of tracking account. You may track your orders status by following steps (For mobiles only).
1. Sign into NZWE at the top left of the initial page. (according to the picture 1 and 2)
2. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page. If you are new users, a new account needs to be created first.
3. You will be able to access to all the information related to your orders and track the order status by clicking on "Order History".
4. Click on "Confirm" if the item has been received to have the deal done.
